Hi, I’m Sabrina Valdez —
a leadership coach, certified DISC Consultant, and founder of SV Leadership Solutions.
Raised in Moses Lake, WA, I've built my career on one belief: everyone has greatness inside them, they just need the right push to find it.
I help individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and ministries strengthen their leadership through DISC training that boosts communication, collaboration, and real results. I've consulted for government entities, companies, and individuals alike — always focused on unlocking confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Before launching my business, I spent 10 years as Executive Pastor at Restore City Church, leading a team of 12 staff and 100+ volunteers through large-scale community outreach.
I hold a BA in Leadership from Northwest University and am a certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team.
