Sabrina Valdez, born and raised in Moses Lake, WA, is the founder of SV Leadership Solutions, where she equips and empowers individuals, organizations, and ministries to excel in leadership.

With expertise in administration and organizational management, Sabrina helps others increase their capacity for excellence.

As a certified DISC Consultant, Sabrina has delivered impactful DISC training and workshops to nonprofits and companies, enhancing team communication and adaptability. Her work fosters

clarity and collaboration, driving organizational success.

Sabrina’s passion lies in empowering current and emerging leaders to find their voice, build confidence, and grow personally and professionally. She has consulted for government entities, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals, offering mentorship and practical leadership strategies. She believes everyone can achieve greatness by discovering their true purpose.

With 10 years of ministry experience as Executive Pastor at Restore City Church, Sabrina led a team of 12 staff and over 100 volunteers, providing leadership training and overseeing large- scale community outreach efforts.

Sabrina holds a BA in Leadership from Northwest University, is a graduate of Phoenix First Pastor’s College, and is a certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team.
